GABRIEL’S HORN FOUNDATION

Opening Doors for Neurodiverse Talent

At Gabriel’s Horn Foundation, we connect neurodiverse adults with meaningful work—through a thoughtful, supportive pathway designed to help individuals and employers succeed together.

There is so much untapped potential in our communities.

Every day, neurodiverse individuals are ready to work, contribute, and grow—but too often, they’re overlooked. Not because they lack ability, but because they haven’t been given the right opportunity or the right support.

We believe that can change.

At Gabriel’s Horn Foundation, everything we do is built around a simple idea: when people are truly understood and supported, they don’t just participate—they thrive.

MORE THAN PLACEMENT. A PATHWAY.

We don’t just help people find jobs—we help them find the right jobs, and we stay with them along the way.

Our work is guided by the Gabriel’s Horn Pathway—a step-by-step approach that centers the individual, supports the employer, and creates the conditions for long-term success.

Because opportunity isn’t just about access—it’s about alignment.

THE GABRIEL’S HORN PATHWAY

a clear path to meaningful employment

Here, creativity meets opportunity. Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence. Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

Because when the right pathway is in place, opportunity becomes sustainable—and success becomes shared.

  • We start by getting to know the individual—understanding their strengths, interests, and passions.

  • We build confidence and readiness through structure, skill development, and preparation.

  • We match individuals with employers where their strengths are valued.

  • We provide ongoing support for both individuals and employers.

  • We create pathways for continued development and independence.

Built on Belief

Gabriel’s Horn Foundation is a family foundation created in the spirit of belief—belief in what’s possible when people are seen, supported, and understood.

Inspired by Gabriel, this work reflects the idea that talent and potential don’t always show up in conventional ways—but they are no less real.

This isn’t about charity.

It’s about creating pathways—for employment, for creative expression, and for a meaningful place in the community.

  • the Need

Opportunity Shouldn’t Be This Hard to Find.

Neurodiverse individuals face higher barriers to employment—not because they aren’t capable, but because systems weren’t designed with them in mind.

We’re here to help close that gap.

  • why it matters

US Govt data shows that cross all age groups, persons with disabilities were much less likely to be employed than those with no disabilities. Across all educational attainment groups, unemployment rates for persons with a disability were higher than those for persons without a disability.

Recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics highlights the employment situation of people with and without disabilities as of 2021. Only 21.3% of Americans age 16 and over with disabilities were working or actively looking for work, far below the 67.1% rate for Americans without disabilities.
